Artistic expression is my everything. I am also fascinated by human consciousness and how our brains can deteriorate or grow over time. This musical piece combines these areas and experiments with the concept of a ‘desolate mind’.
I have spent several months working on “Desolate Mind State”: a self-produced and recorded musical piece that embodies my mind easing into a metaphysical psychedelic state. The music is much like a trip with multiple destinations. Highs and Lows. Smooth psychedelia with rough static sounds. Throughout the piece, the music gradually loses structure and takes new forms. The vocals and rusty samples – though disjointed – add to the developing ambiance as instruments.

The cover art reveals a distorted perception of reality where objects lose form and structure. The cover was created with pastel and charcoal on paper.
